18. Arrange showings for other agents and pre-qualified buyers.
19. Review list price based on agent feedback and market condition.
20. Provide a weekly market activity report.
21. Present and review all offers with you.

Negotiate the terms of the contract in your best interest in order to obtain for
  you the best possible price and maximum net proceeds.
23. Estimate your closing costs and give you a computerized estimate of your net
  proceeds.
24. Order title report and escrow instructions. Order corrections if necessary.
25. Order and coordinate home inspections.
26. Order and coordinate appraisal and ensure that the appraisal is accurate.
27. Order your loan payoff info.
28. Order home warranty.
29. Arrange walk through.
30. Arrange an appointment for
Final Signing of all Documents.
31. Accompany you to Escrow Co. to sign all closing documents and escrow instructions.
32. Ensure that all lenders terms are met.
33. Ensure the Buyer's Lender funds the loan as soon as practicable.
34. Ensure that the
Deed is Recorded.
35. Finalize the closing.
36. Arrange for your
check pick up.
37. Provide references through Prudential’s Home Benefits Program: qualified moving
  and relocation services, etc. w/ Prudential’s Discount Rate.
38. Assist you in finding your New Home.

Offer service to your family/friends for their future real estate needs.
40. Keep in Touch with you and provide you with monthly market updates.
